My favorite hot pot by far. It’s even better now that they’ve added the veggie bar and bing soo. The broth and pre-made sauce are my favorites in the area and that’s what makes a good hot pot for me. The servers are attentive and the veggie and sauce bar are always fresh.

Had a great shabu-shabu experience here yesterday. The food was excellent, and the best meat for me was the brisket. It was super high quality, tender, and really flavorful. You can tell they don’t cut corners on their ingredients.

Dal Shabu is a wonderful Korean hot pot place!!! It's the kind where you get your own individual pot, and their base broth is vegetable broth so it was convenient for our group, which includes a vegetarian eater. We had the all-you-can-eat dinner menu and it was perfect! Great selection at the buffet, prompt service, and delicious broth and sauces. Loved the bing soo at the end of the meal too. The owner Emily was so friendly and helpful and came by our table several times! Thank you Emily. Definitely coming back here!

Very attentive and friendly service. Had lots of options for broths, proteins and veggies which were top quality. We really liked the buffet set up for the veggies and noodles. This is our new favorite hot pot restaurant!

We love this hot pot restaurant. The quality of meat and seafood beats any other hot pot in the area. The staff is so friendly, the atmosphere is nice, the food is amazing. There is a variety of broth flavors, meats, veggies, and seafood. The sauce bar offers different flavors. It is kid friendly as well which makes it prefect for our family.

Came here with my friends and it was very busy for a Thursday lunch! The meat quality was the best I've had in any AYCE spots I've been to. Service was also really good; Ryan, Vanessa, and Cata were really nice and helpful! I highly recommend Dal Shabu if you want high quality food and hot pot.

Food tasted extra good on a colder day mixed with the snow cream which had a great combo. Definitely recommend you come during the cold season! My server was Ryan and he helped me get the best choices from the menu as it was my first time here.

We love this neighborhood gem. The food is fresh - so many choices. The upgraded shaved ice bar has been a big hit. The staff is so kind, efficient and even take the time to joke around with our kids. We can’t recommend this enough.
